I studied Philosophy at the University of Western Ontario Western University, then went to work for Don Tapscott (author of Macro/Wikinomics) at his think tank, New Paradigm. At New Paradigm I looked at how data can be used to improve the customer experience, what lessons can be learned from videogame design, and how evidence should influence decision-making.

I now work at T4G Limited, a technology consulting company, and am looking at the intersection of technology, business, and society. My research and articles are up on T4G’s Ideas & Insights.
